An Online Course in Resume Writing Could Be A Good Choice

An Online Course in Resume Writing Could Be A Good ChoiceIf you've been planning on taking an online course in resume writing, you probably have a number of questions about the format of the course. In fact, many people are confused by this decision because they don't have a clue about what will be offered. But fortunately, there is no need to be intimidated. By taking a course, you'll be in good hands.First, there is no single course that can teach you everything you need to know. However, there are several things you can expect to learn during an online course in resume writing. And the material you're learning is just as important as the course itself. Don't overlook the importance of this or you could get the information wrong. For example, most online courses will instruct resume writers to make use of the following formats: bullet points, headings, numbered lists, and rows. These formatting systems allow you to create a page easily, making it easier for you to organize your thou ghts. Some people even choose to use the same styles throughout their resume. This not only makes it easy to sort through it, but it can also help make the format more cohesive.Next, there is no 'best' format. This is true because the only one true format is the one you choose to use. No matter what you like or what's popular, if you apply it in the right way, it will still be your resume. So, even if the format you learned on the course doesn't feel right to you, don't worry about it.The main thing to remember about the format is that it doesn't have to be perfect. After all, your resume is meant to be a reflection of who you are. When you utilize a format that has errors, you are essentially telling the employer that your own personal opinions of yourself do not matter. Another way that you can benefit from taking an online course in resume writing is by working with a mentor. Some people are afraid to work alone because they fear they won't be able to handle the project on their own. But when you are working with someone, you can make sure that the work is done correctly. Plus, you can learn a lot from someone who has already done this job. You might even find some of the tricks that other professionals use a valuable tool to get the job done right. Finally, the final benefit of taking an online course in resume writing is the learning curve. You'll quickly become comfortable working on your own. You'll also learn that many other students are already using these techniques. In other words, by taking an online course, you'll be working with others who have had success with the same materials. If you're concerned about learning new skills or you're simply worried about saving money by taking an online course in resume writing, you shouldn't be. You can learn the skills you need and save yourself time and money. Just take a course and be prepared to succeed.

2 Competitive Advantages Of Adding Your Companys Context In A Resume

2 competitive advantages of adding your company’s context in a resumeThis is not your ordinary career site. I help the corporate worker who toils away in the company cubicle make career transitions. You want to do your job well, following all the rules -- .The career transitions where I can help you center on three critical career areas: How to land a job, succeed in a job, and build employment security.Top 10 Posts on CategoriesTypically, your Professional Experience is the largest section of your resume. Here, you list your positions, results â€" and the companies you’ve worked for. It’s the company I want to focus on today.Everyone knows what a company is, right? After all, there is a name, there is either private or public ownership…everyone knows about a company. But unless the person interviewing you has worked at the company before,  no one really knows about your company.Think about it.  When you put down General Electric as your current company, what does that really mean? Are you one of those programmers who program machines? Are you part of their wind turbine division? Or are you part of GE Capital  â€" except they sold that division years ago. Oops.Even though General Electric is a recognizable name, how you fit into that company is not clear at all.At lease with , you can take a pretty good stab that there are rules people must follow working in corporate cubicles because it is in the name. You may not know that the site is all about landing a job, having job success, and building employment security â€" but it is certainly about people who work in cubes. But what about â€" at the time â€" Accenture? Supposedly about “accent on the future,” Accenture is really a generic corporate nonsense word only a management consultant could have come up with.Or Xe?  That made up name that tried to get the Blackwater private security firm a little distance from those ugly Iraq headlines. When you have companies making up generic corporate nonsense word s to make a company name â€" either to get away from bad publicity or, more commonly, to ensure there is no existing company name out there that is the same â€" your interviewer will have a tough time figuring out what the company you work for even does, much less how you fit into it.There is some unknown sized city where even though you know the name of the company, you lose what that company does. Especially if it doesn’t have a strong statewide or national brand. In a town of 2,000, everyone will know what your company does. At 50,000 people? Maybe. In Chicago? Not a chance.I recently interviewed a candidate that worked at a company less than five miles from my house and I had no clue what the company did.Think of it from the viewpoint of the hiring manager. The hiring manager perhaps doesn’t know what your company does. Or, worse, thinks he or she knows what your company does. And then you start answering interview questions and it doesn’t jive with the picture the hiring manager has in his or her head about what that company does. Doubt enters the mind and then you’re done. But if you did something very simple on your resume â€" add a line after the company name that describes what the company does as you fit into it â€" you’d give yourself a big advantage. For AT&T, as an example: “AT&T, among other things, provides an integrated cable television division called DirecTV that provides cable and sports programming via satellite.” This clearly tells the hiring manager you work for the DirecTV division and then, by your job titles, see the fit of what you do compared to the description. It also clearly says you don’t work in their Cellular division. Or their long distance division. Nor any other division they may have.Outside of not getting cognitive dissonance about what you do compared to the picture the hiring manager has of the company you work for, this one line of context gives you one other important advantage: it opens up a line of questioning between you and the interviewer about what your company does versus what the hiring manager’s company does.If you work in GE’s wind turbine division and you are interviewing for Siemens wind turbine division, that gets you a lot closer to the job than if you worked for GE’s aircraft engine division. But most people won’t make the simple addition of a one sentence context of the company and how they fit into it in the resume. It’s a subtle â€" but killer â€" advantage to you in the job interview.Pull out your resume and review what you have describing your company and see how well it fits with where you sit in the company. If you have a company one-line description at all. Take a look and add it or modify it. You’ll be glad you did.  This is not your ordinary career site. I help the corporate worker who toils away in the company cubicle make career transitions. You want to do your job well, following all the rules â€" .The career transitions where I can hel p you center on three critical career areas: How to land a job, succeed in a job, and build employment security. policiesThe content on this website is my opinion and will probably not reflect the views of my various employers.Apple, the Apple logo, iPad, Apple Watch and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Considering Hiring a Resume Writer Heres What You Need to Consider - Hallie Crawford

Considering Hiring a Resume Writer Here’s What You Need to Consider - Hallie Crawford Recently, I worked with a client that was very hesitant about hiring a resume writer and extremely skittish about the process. I understand this and wanted to give you some suggestions. If you are considering hiring a resume writer and have concerns or are struggling in seeing the value of a resume writer, this is for you. First and foremost, understand the value of a professionally written resume.  Here is the REAL cost of prolonging your search: The average job search is 16 weeks.  (If there is a collapse in the economy similar to 2011, then a job search can take up to  twice as long.) If you make $50,000 per year, your 16 week job search costs you  $15,384.62 or $961.38 per week in lost income. If you make $100,000 per year, your 16  week job search costs you $30,769.23 or $1923.07 per week in lost income. The small  investment you make in your professionally designed resume, cover letter, and  employment campaign will get you more interviews faster and cut weeks off your  search, which translates into money in your bank! Choose a resume writer that gets you. A resume writer that is patient, understanding, to the point and most importantly honest. The last thing you need is to pay for something you don’t need. But on that same note, realize the importance a resume writer may play in the next step of your career move or your transition. Realize that it is a process. Your resume writer does not know all the intricacies of your career, the challenges you faced, or the accomplishments made, so they should be asking thought provoking questions which enable you to answer all those and more. Know that it is a partnership. They can only work off the information you provide. It is not possible for them to read your mind, and they’re not a “bug on the wall” to know everything you did in your career. A background check is normally not part of the process, and they cannot intuitively understand the acronyms of your unique industry / trade / company, or know specifics of your position without you providing that information. So be honest, and forthcoming, it will be in your best interest. Understand the role of your resume. Your resume serves to get your foot in the door and not to list everything you’ve done since you were 16. The details should be left for the interview! And the irrelevant experience should be de-emphasized or not included. So many people instinctively want to include everything, including “their kitchen sink”. Know and understand that your resume is not the place for that! You literally have 10-15 seconds to make an impression. Let it be good! Not bogged with details. Not wordy and full of mistakes. Not inconsistent and boring. Your resume is usually your first opportunity to make an impression, no second chances. It should be full of active verbs, full of measurable accomplishments, full of your relevant and applicable value proposition, full of results and successes. Are You Hanging Out With The Right Crowd

Are You Hanging Out With The Right Crowd My significant other is a ball mentor, and we regularly have players remaining with us â€" for the most part ladies in their right on time to mid twenties from abroad coming to play proficient b-ball in the UK. The two players remaining with us this year are genuinely uplifting. They've collaborated to prod each other on in the regions of sustenance, exercise, and mentality. I can see that they are helping each other to be better. What's more, their personal development routine is in any event, coming off on all of us. All of which fortifies the point that we are in the same class as the organization we keep. Without a doubt, we're naturally introduced to circumstances outside out ability to control, yet that doesn't need to be the place we end up. Not exclusively are people pack creatures, we're likewise versatile, learning and developing creatures. We have a decision of which pack to run with, and who we welcome to join our pack. Things being what they are, who are you spending time with? What's more, would you say you are running with this pack by plan or as a matter of course? On the off chance that you need to continue showing signs of improvement, at that point here are five inquiries to pose to yourself to ensure you're spending time with the right group… as in, individuals who will assist you with being simply the best form a greater amount of the time. 5 different ways to tell in case you're spending time with the right group 1. What are their desires? A youngster who is the first in quite a while family to go to college disclosed to me that seeing the hard working attitude and desire of his better half's family has made him fully aware of an altogether unique universe of goal, inspiration and outlook. At the point when you spend time with individuals who set their sights higher, you increase your standards too. He has focused on a lot of yearnings considerably higher than the universe of his present companions and more distant family, and now needs to invest energy gaining from individuals who have prevailing in these new ways. This doesn't change his affection for his family, however it implies he is going to deliberately search out individuals with higher goals and achievements. It's the equivalent in your picked profession â€" see individuals who aim as better, to continue learning and developing. At the point when you spend time with individuals who set their sights higher, you increase your expectations also. 2. Are they ready to challenge you? You're never going to be as well as can be expected be in case no doubt about it yes men. At the point when you are tested and adjust or beat it, this makes you more grounded. Furthermore, coincidentally, you need to likewise make it ok for individuals to challenge you. On the off chance that it encourages you to give guidelines on when and how individuals can challenge you â€", for example, just in private â€" at that point do as such. Simply ensure you encircle yourself with individuals who will come clean with you. 3. Do you up every others' down? I've referenced my rec center amigo Karen in an earlier post. I love preparing with Karen since we egg each other on. We're companions, yet in the exercise center, we drive each other to perform at our individual greatest levels. At the point when I'm worn out yet observe Karen despite everything do those burpees, it makes me coarseness my teeth and prop up in light of the fact that I'm not going to let her outlive me! What's more, she's reasoning something very similar. Subsequently, we're both more grounded and fitter than we in any case would have been. This marvel happens in different everyday issues also. Use it to raise your game. 4. Do they have a can do demeanor? Mentalities focus on. In some cases they even go between individuals like an infection. In case you're just spending time with Eeyores (the negative vitality character in Winnie the Pooh who sees issues with each circumstance), it's harder to remain in the positive mood and complete things. Keep away from these vitality drainers at whatever point conceivable. Rather, decide to associate with glass half full individuals who see prospects and openings and have a triumphant mentality. 5. Are you normally the most brilliant individual in the room? In the event that your answer is truly, at that point you're either brimming with it or you're drifting. Floating along and not provoking yourself to be as well as can be expected be. I love being the least proficient individual in the room, since that implies I'm going to learn. Obviously there are times when you will be the most brilliant individual regarding a matter and should be â€" like when you're doing mind medical procedure, or showing the material science PhD course. However, in the vast majority of life, the more impressive differentiator is your mentality and want to learn. On the off chance that you're not kidding about improving in a specific territory, at that point you have to spend time with individuals who are more intelligent and farther ahead than you are. Luckily, we would all be able to be brilliant about something other than what's expected so you are additionally ready to add to the relationship. The primary concern is to ensure you pick shrewdly and by structure, not default. Things being what they are, how would you and the individuals you spend time with stack up on the five inquiries? 5 Ps To Make Your Post-Grad Years Awesome - Work It Daily

5 P's To Make Your Post-Grad Years Awesome - Work It Daily 5 P's To Make Your Post-Grad Years Awesome Like most prospective alumni, as your certificate draws nearer to reach, numerous individuals have presumably begun to advise you that no doubt about it reality and the genuine workforce. Furthermore, as most prospective alumni (and how about we be genuine, a lot of post-graduates and twenty-year-olds, as well), this can be sweat-soaked palm instigating and debilitating. You don't should be helped to remember the future like it's something to fear. Related: Top 7 Survival Tips For New Grads In The Workplace What these good natured individuals unfortunately neglect to illuminate you is that your initial steps into this present reality, and the open doors they bring, can be wonderful. Great, as in, equivalent amounts of energy and nerves. It's a fun, versatile, invigorating time in your life. This is the perfect time to begin picking up involvement with everything life and profession. While I would energize anybody - of all ages - to consistently look for new encounters, challenge yourself, and keep on learning, there are a couple of different things I've found that you can never begin doing too soon. 5 P's To Make Your Post-Grad Years Awesome So right away, here are the five P's of making your post-graduate years wonderful: 1. Individuals You meet a wide range of individuals in school and begin to acknowledge what your identity is. By the time you graduate, focus on it to associate with individuals who bolster you, control you, snicker with you, and tutor you. It's critical to acknowledge we are never too old to even consider having good examples, and perceive that by finding these individuals, you will figure out how to give back in kind sooner or later, as well. 2. Progress Progress moves past simply continuous learning. This is tied in with growing new abilities and discovering approaches to apply them. Regardless of whether it's by making a venture completely all alone, by chipping in, or simply through classic act of those new abilities, investigate approaches to practice your gifts. Discover approaches to show how you've advanced after some time and individuals will regard your eagerness to develop actually and expertly. 3. Persistence Persistence is a prudence. There's an explanation that is a colloquialism. Tolerance can be difficult to find, considerably harder not to lose, and more important than you anticipate. That is not an expression (most likely in light of the fact that it's a significant piece) however it ought to be. I'd prefer to introduce what I'm going to state by advising you that I'm stating it out of adoration: There is a solid possibility you won't land your fantasy work directly out of school. In any case, (and that is a major yet), this doesn't mean you won't land an energizing, satisfying, makes-you-develop, fun occupation. In this sense, I'm not proposing that tolerance implies lounging around and sitting tight for your fantasy work. It implies having persistence enough to try sincerely and procure your way to the fantasy work, while being available to the possibility that your fantasy employment can, and will, advance and change with you. Hence, it likewise implies having the tolerance to make sense of the numerous ways your well deserved aptitudes can be used. Because it's not the occupation you imagined having directly out of school doesn't mean you won't relish the experience. 4. Nearness Your quality is the thing that makes early introductions, is the way individuals associate with you, and frequently characterizes how individuals recollect you. Except if you rested through your entire school understanding, you're mindful of the numerous ways your essence is seen on the web. From internet based life to email to LinkedIn, individuals can become familiar with a great deal about you just with a straightforward Google search. What they find is up to you, so know about the brand you're making for yourself. Be that as it may, since I realize that you definitely know this (right?), I won't jump too profoundly into it. Rather, I need to remind you to concentrate on your genuine, in-person nearness. Be IN the second when you are with individuals. Give them the kindness of your time, your consideration, and your exertion without interruptions! Regardless of whether you are meeting, working together on an undertaking, or simply meeting somebody for espresso, remember that you have something extraordinary to bring to the table, thus do they. Let your essence, and your activities, show that you are sure, able, and caring. In addition, you never know the effect you could be having on somebody (or, they on you)... See #1. 5. Energy You've heard the term energy. Possibly you've seen it utilized conversely with reason. Or strategic. matter how and so on, the thought is this: discover something you care such a great amount for, that it thrills you and makes you need to get the hang of all that you can about it. Few out of every odd piece of our profession will include our interests. To be perfectly honest, it's even absurd to imagine that each enthusiasm we have can be transformed into a profession. Be that as it may, by distinguishing the things you are energetic about, you can discover similitudes or subjects and apply them to your work. Regardless of whether it's helping individuals, accomplishing physical work, voyaging, composing, working alone, or something else, there is an approach to consolidate what you love into your work. In this way, challenge yourself regularly to work perseveringly and enthusiastically about something, and utilize this opportunity to discover the kinds of work that inspire you. To the exclusion of everything else, utilize the time after graduation to pick up as much experience as possible. You don't need to know your place on the planet the second you graduate. Rather, invest energy making your place on the planet and helping it develop! The Role of Women in the Tech Industry Today Tech has always been a predominantly male industry, with iconic male entrepreneurs such as Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg gaining the most recognition for their contributions to  the sector. However, women are playing a huge part too and more and more women are entering both regular and high level positions in tech, with the big global firms such as Apple, Google, Facebook, etc. hiring women 238% faster than men. Coupofy have taken a look at some of the  most successful women in the industry and their roles as founders, leaders, and venture capitalists, to produce this infographic on the role that women play in the tech industry today. The number of women working for Facebook grew by 84% in 2015, compared to a  16% increase of men and  83% more women joined Microsoft in 2015, compared to 17% of men. Some of the other top reasons were a loss of interest in their job and problems with the company environment. 24% of women who leave a tech role go on to a non-technical role in a different company and 22% become self-employed in a tech field. How to retain women in tech Offer mentoring programs and networking opportunities, can help staff to seek encouragement and assistance from others in the industry. 10 Reasons to Ditch Outlook and Excel for Recruitment

10 Reasons to Ditch Outlook and Excel for Recruitment If your recruitment process relies on Outlook and Excel then you could be losing good candidates, and worse still, having a negative impact on your bottom line.  As anyone recruiting with Outlook and Excel will know, providing a seamless and standardised recruitment process is difficult. And because of this, losing good candidates and potentially their business as a consumer â€" is a very real and present danger. But it doesn’t have to be this way technology is freely available to help you streamline your recruitment process. It won’t cost you anything but will bring huge benefits. If you are still finding it hard to give up on Outlook and Excel, then we have created a list of 10 reasons to let go of the old ways of recruiting in order for you to embrace the new: 1) You are losing candidates in the process: Keeping track of candidates and where they are in the recruitment process is a tricky business. This is made worse when you lose sight of which hiring manager they have spoken to and when. The upshot is that candidates can quite literally get forgotten and end up dropping out of the process. 2) You are wasting time repeating the same tasks: Recruiting using email and a spreadsheet means that you have to spend a lot of time copying and pasting. From job descriptions, to email confirmations, the recruitment process involves many repetitive tasks.  By automating these tasks you could be spending more time on the tasks that really matter. 3) You provide a low-quality candidate experience: If your recruitment process has gaps in it, then think about what that’s like for the person applying for your job. The candidate experience is critical for recruitment, and business success at the very least candidates expect timely updates on where they are in the recruitment process. Currently, 58% of them say they don’t receive those regular updates. 4) It is difficult to promote your vacancies: As if the internal admin wasn’t difficult enough, you then have to promote your vacancies. This will include manually uploading jobs on to career sites and amending job ads as and when required. Despite the effort, you won’t realise any benefit from your content through search engine optimisation. 5) Staying compliant is a real challenge: The recruitment process â€" like many other business processes â€" comes with its fair share of rules and regulations. That means your recruitment efforts need to comply with local employment laws as well as following data protection regulations. Recruitment technology helps you stay compliant and ensures candidate profiles are only accessible to relevant colleagues. 6) It is almost impossible to report on your recruitment activity: Disparate systems make reporting on recruitment activities nigh on impossible. And without measuring your activities and their impact you have no way of understanding what’s working, what’s not and how you can improve things. The new breed of free recruitment technologies offer reporting as standard, so you can immediately find out how well your recruitment efforts are working. 7) It is hard to create a talent pool: How easy is it for you to identify the right talent when a new job has been created? Are your email folders and/or spreadsheet a help or a hindrance when you need to review previous candidates? Chances are your talent pool is simply an Excel list of names which in itself will tell you very little. 8) Recruitment admin takes up too much time: If you use Outlook and Excel to recruit then you will be spending too much time on recruitment admin. If you automate the tedious admin tasks you then have time to focus on what really matters: sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates. 9) Your time to hire is longer (and therefore more expensive): Using disparate systems to recruit will make the process longer. As well as having a negative effect on the candidate experience you could end up incurring costs as a result of having to hire temp staff or contractors. Cut the time to hire and you immediately save money. And having all your stakeholders connected to one single solution makes collaboration much easier, thereby reducing the time to hire. 10) You are wasting valuable business time: Remember, the more time your colleagues spend on recruitment admin, the less time they have to spend on their day job. Centralising your recruitment process means line managers do not have to be so involved in the recruitment process â€" and that will be good for business. Outlook and Excel make for an inefficient recruitment process and a poor candidate experience. But no organisation wants to spend more on recruitment than it absolutely has to and no organisation wants to get a reputation for having a poor recruitment process. The answer is to invest in the new breed of recruitment technology that streamlines recruitment admin, keeps you on the right side of the law and that provides all the recruitment tools you need to create a great candidate experience. Confused About Skincare Lets Clear it Up!

Confused About Skincare Lets Clear it Up! Guest Post:  Board Certified NYC dermatologist Dr. Kally Papantoniou, who decodes it all.    Her bio follows this article. As if skincare isnt confusing enough now we see another trend;alphabet creams. BB, CC, and now DD creams first gained popularity in Korea, and have recently caught on in America. What do all those letters stand for, and what do these creams actually do?   How BB Creams Began BB creams are short for beauty balms or blemish balms. They were first developed in Germany by a dermatologist who wanted a single cream that would protect skin and provide coverage after laser treatments. The all-in-one formulation became a sensation in South Korea and then spread throughout Asia. The average woman in Asia goes through seven different steps taking care of her skin, says Dr. Papantoniou. The BB Boom BB creams started hitting U.S. store shelves in the spring of 2011. Today, almost every major beauty company has a BB cream, from drugstore brands that cost under $10 to high-end department-store lines that may be as costly as $100 or more, as well as lines that are only sold at spas or in doctors offices. More are on the way.  The NPD Group, a market research group, found that although only 2% of beauty shoppers have purchased a BB cream, nearly 4 in 5 of those who have, say theyll buy the product again. What BB Creams Do Many BB creams offer effective sun protection, with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, the American Academy of Dermatologys recommendation for daily use. Whats more, BB creams generally contain zinc oxide or titanium oxide, physical sun blocks that have some built-in water-resistant properties, Papantoniou says. When it comes to skin treatment, you can find BB creams that contain: Anti-aging components, including peptides and antioxidants such as vitamins A, E, and C Moisturizing workhorses like hyaluronic acid and glycerin Ingredients such as licorice and arbutin that help even out skin tone Light-reflecting mica to give skin a luminous finish Silicone-based ingredients, such as dimethicone, that help smooth the skin, acting much like a foundation primer does   The Limitations of BB Creams For all its benefits, if you expect a BB cream to be a miracle in a tube, you might be disappointed. Mineral based BB creams do a better job on skin pone to breakouts. The typical ones can be full of chemicals so be sure to read ingredients. CC Creams What is it? Packed to the gills with vitamins C and E, complexion corrector cream is similar to BB cream, but focuses on color correction. What it does:  Lighter than a BB cream, CC creams primary purpose is to correct color-related skin issues, such as sallowness or redness. Like BB cream, it has SPF as well (number varies by brand). How to use it:  If youre acne-prone, have dull skin, dark spots or constant redness, CC cream is for you. How it differs:  Use CC cream to help with redness, acne, dark spots, sallowness and more. Its also lighter than BB cream! DD Creams   What are they?  Another addition to  the alphabet cream craze are the DD creams, or dynamic do-all super cream. They combine the power and benefits of both BB and CC creams. However, their primary focus is anti-aging. What it does:  The anti-aging specialty of the cream works to diminish wrinkles and fine lines throughout use. Additionally, DD cream will balance skin tone and protect the most sensitive areas of your skin. How to use it:  Improvements in your skin are known to come with continued use, so use often and incorporate it into your daily routine. After a month you should notice changes and others will too. How it differs:  DD creams strongest selling point is their anti-aging benefits. Ideally its for women who want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and have an over all even, radiant skin tone. What interesting to note is that each category overlaps to the point where the differentiation is almost non-existent. Seems like the logical thing to do would be to use a DD cream and get all the benefits. The upside is they are all great products that can be very beneficial for the skin. The downside is sorting through the many varieties to determine which would work better for you. (This just in: We now have a GG cream.) Where do you start with skincare ? If discoloration is your primary concern then start with CC creams, because that’s their claim to fame so you will more than likely find a product that contains skin-brightening ingredients such as arbutin or daisy flower extract. If fine lines and wrinkles are the issue, then look for an alphabet cream full of ingredients like retinol, firming peptides or adenosine. If your skin is oily, then look for an alphabet cream that controls oil and has a lightweight texture. Also if youre self conscious about moles, try out a mole and skin tag removal cream. There is an alphabet cream out there for you and at this rate; let’s just hope that brands don’t try to exhaust the entire alphabet. Who is Dr. Papantoniou? Dr. Papantoniou is a Cosmetic Dermatologist, Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She specializes in Injectables, Lasers, Surgical and General Dermatology for adults and pediatrics. She commenced her academic career at NYU College of Arts and Science with a double major in Biology and Hellenic studies with Honors. She then stayed in New York for her medical school training at SUNY Downstate, and then matriculated and spent a year as a medicine intern at LIJ.  Dr. Papantoniou then returned to train at the premier Dermatology Residency Program at SUNY Downstate.
